Tim Cornah "Hartlebury Worcester, Excavations"

Friday 29th November 2024, 20:00-21:30
Via Zoom

I am an archaeologist of 20 years experience, most of that time with dirt archaeology and excavation, but also with an interest in historic buildings, particularly historic timber framed buildings. I grew up within the West Midlands but studied at York University and the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum in Sussex. For most of my career I have worked for Worcestershire Archaeology and for 10 years have lived in Hartlebury. Hartlebury Castle has become not only my childrens play ground, but also my own as I have taken it upon myself to show people the archaeological potential of the site as I see it.
