The 2022 AGM No. 63, postponed from December, is taking place at the Guildhall in Lichfield at 7.30 pm on Friday 17th February 2023. Please find attached 2 pdfs:
1. An 11-page combined set of documents in advance comprising: The Agenda, the Minutes of the AGM No. 62 held on Friday 18th March 2022, the current list of Officers and Members of the SA&HS Committee, and prepared Reports to AGM No. 63 in advance from the Officers of the Society.2. A 4-page set comprising: The Annual Accounts for the Society's Financial Year ended 31st August 2022, including a Report on the said Accounts on behalf of the SA&HS Committee.
Subscription paid Members of SA&HS are entitled to attend the AGM and vote.
On conclusion of the AGM proceedings, at 8.00 pm there will be a lecture entitled Colonel William Careless: King Charles' Most Faithful Servant to be delivered by Elaine Joyce. The story of the man who hid in the Oak Tree at Boscobel House with Charles II. Further details will be provided during the week commencing 13th February.
The doors will be open at the Guildhall from 7.00 pm. We look forward to seeing you.
